What did you like most about Meditations for Enhancing Your Immune System?

It is very good meditation and highly relaxing.

Any additional comments?

Some of the words used can be a little off-putting and take you out of your meditation. This would be more suited to an American mindset than a British/European one I think. However, the meditation is very good and the principles used by Mr Siegel are very good.
