Guided meditations make t so much easier.

These pieces are complex enough to sound ethereal, yet easy enough to accomplish as an intermediate piano player. I hope to find more collections like this one to add to my repetoire.If you need to choose, I would recommend buying the book rather than the cd unless you have read "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself".
