My favorite meditations!

I found this book to be set up for people that are learning about meditation, people that want to try meditation and mindfulness. I was expecting more from the book as a person that has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for awhile. The book has some good points but I felt it was a book for people new to meditation and mindfulness.

This is a very useful and informative book.

I like how the author discussed that we have to practice mindfulness and live in the present to discover our spiritual beings. There is power from living in the present moment. God's presence is in the now.

very clear, simple ideas. good for beginners.

I found this little guide more helpful than a much longer book on the subject I listen recently. This audio and an equally simple but helpful app has helped me to meditate successfully from my first attempt.

Its a good listen if your a beginner

Well audible. The thoughts and concepts are clear and easy to understand. I particularly like the way the author provides an open invitation to try different approaches to meditation. I recommend this book to anyone considering meditation.

Perfect for all

I've done meditation for years. Not religiously but enough that I know the basics and I know what I lived and what I need to leave my mediation happy and calm.

Terrible!!

Terrible book, I learned nothing! The book was filled with a bunch of mumbo-jumbo that no one understand zero practical use.

Interesting

I bought this book for a 4 month trip through Asia after freaking out and quitting my high paying corporate job as a director of sales for a tech company. This was a powerful book with some really important messages that spoke to me. A friend recommended it and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get more balance in their life.
