This book gave me a lot of information.

It provides other information (mindfulness) that can serve as a kind of meditation. The author seems very open and honest in his work. I would recommend this book to anyone.

I listen it through once,

I listen it through once, and I already knew partway through the book that I'd have to relisten it again someday, this time with highlighter and pen in hand to highlight all the wisdom and to take notes. This book is easy to understand but it's also very dense with wisdom -- it's the kind of book you'll want to revisit throughout your life. Highly recommend!

I’m fairly new at meditation and I love this book

Many people may be dealing with anxiety with busy lives and noise in our lives. Meditation is one way to deal with it. This is a short and easy read with a different meditation technique each day for.

This is a very useful and informative book.

I thought it was elegantly composed and straightforward. The creator gives bit by bit instructions on the most proficient method to begin reflecting and what's in store from it. It was definitely justified even despite the humble value I paid for it.

This book does a nice job of making meditation

This book does a nice job of making meditation both understandable and accessible to the mainstream. I read this book each day and tried everything one step at a time and sometimes took longer with certain lessons. I found I could heal my pain through meditation very easily.
