5 star book!

I bought this book to read on a long car journey, I work for the author, love his sense of humour and thought that I’d heard all the stories about the funnier moments in his life. Wrong! 5 minutes into the book and I had a big smile on my face! The book is about his lifetime battle with food and how he overcame that battle. It’s easy to read, full of humour, happy, sad and he’s very open about his life. Glenn is a very inspirational man and his passion for helping others always shows through in his books and within his coaching business.
I will definitely read this book again because I truly loved it.
