Overall a nice book for me

Well audio in an easy to listen style. Also, I found it very informative. The chapter on the ego was interesting and different in this type of book. So was,the chapter on how Dopamine affects the brain was good. How emotions are formed and letting them go are also covered. Informative and enjoyable.
