awesome
an amazing blend of slice of life and adventure. Lots of great characters and beautiful women. A lot of great interactions between the kids and the MC. Really loved it all.

a fresh breath
You often find stories with action, high stakes and uncertainty. not this one, it is delightfully sweet and honestly like a fresh breath that I really needed.

I did not expect that.
I was really skeptical about this one, but it hooked me and didn't let me go right from the start. The mc is not just a braindead buffoon, but actually a smartish guy.

Never thought I'd like it this much.
I didn't really know what to expect going into this at first. I wasn't expecting much to be honest. But the narration of the sample made me really curious so I decided to give it a shot.
This is the first time I've listened to a book like this. Not really something I go for usually. But I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.
The story was really captivating to me, the erotic scenes are always a plus I suppose, but other than that I really liked the characters and the relationships they built.
Also, the narration was fantastic! Part of the reason why I even gave this a shot to begin with. If you are as hesitant as I was at first, please give it a shot. You won't regret it!
All in all, I am really hoping for a sequel! :)

Sounded good
Picked up on a whim, boy am I glad I did! This is a fresh breath of air. This is a book of life after a war. It highlights what happens when folks with good intentions come together.
The narrators go beyond in bringing the story to life! You actually start thinking of them as real people. You become attached with the characters.

Great story without being overly horny
I love a good fantasy novel. With an audible profile of around 180 odd the majority are fantasy. I'm just venturing into erotic novels, and thought I'd give this one a crack. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, the story isn't overly out there, it was actually quite nice having a more holsom story for once. (I'm a bit of a fantasy horror fiend). The Adult sections, we're tastefully done without making me cringe like a lot of bad erotica can do. In all, I'd give this a thumbs up. Who knows, maybe listening to something like this might open a wildside you didn't know you had. 😉
