The author weaves together a compelling story that has just enough complexity to draw you in a keep you wanting more but also close to perceived reality- very believable so makes it emersive. Well done.

Pure fantasy and pure time travel. With everything in between. Again lots of historical interest, danger, action, romance. I can’t wait for the next one.

One of those books you just can’t put down

The story is fine, a different take on many others involving youngsters with special abilities, but along with a decent plot, the narrator is what makes me stay. Brilliant voices, perfectly paced.
