great book, and so well read, humourous and specific, amusing in parts, and quite serious in others!

I would recommend this book to anyone who has ever had the thought that alcohol isn’t serving them well anymore. So much useful information, well written and researched and without a hint of judgement. I found it refreshing , empowering and an inspiring invitation to think again about the lies the alcohol industry and society sells us.
Loved the narrators voice it suited the tone and pace of the book.

Great book full of fab tips and advice for sober living. particularly helpful for frazzled, over stretched and under appreciated mums / women in general. My one main criticism is that the narration is awful. stunted, poor timed and hard to listen too. having said that don't let it put you off completely...there's a lot of great content in this book.

Narration poor

This was a very inspiring book but the narration is a bit robotic, possibly AI?? But still recommend a listen as it makes some very thought provoking points and really helped me.

Great read, voice a bit annoying
