I enjoyed this novella, the annual hunt, that involves the entire family, plus Barbara.

Catching up with the gang was a joy to listen to and I look forward to hearing the next series.

This book apparently sits between Ruinous Love and the new Seasons of Carnage trilogy. Which I am looking forward to hearing soon

I Loved the ruinous trilogy, this was a lovely little short read! I also listening to the audio at the same time as reading!
It was lovely to see all the brothers and their ladies together!
And who doesn't enjoy their yearly challenge!
Also Barbara!! we love Barbara I'm glad she made it into this book as well!
I love a book you can giggle at, and we know Brynne also loves to gross us out while she makes us laugh!

Really nice bridge between the ruinous love series and cape carnage trilogy, nice to be back with the kane brothers, lark, sloane and rose ft Barbara but in a group setting that feels like it brought the trilogy to a perfect close while leaving space for autumn and her story to continue, beautifully done.
