I'm a big fan of strength training having been doing it now for the last 6 years. I have a routine that I created just for myself but with the information contained in this book, I will now be adding a little more and different exercises to it. As I am older now, I have been able to keep the weight off and strengthen my body core, and legs. This is a great book for beginners to learn some of the basics and how to get started and to keep it going for weight loss, good health, and a more confident you.

This audiobook is really great for beginners, it shows you how to start working out and get tougher over time. I learned that lifting weights can even make your brain work better, which was a cool surprise. The book is written in a way that's easy to understand and follow and all the information is really well put together.

It's great to learn why strength training is my ultimate weight-loss solution, different types of strength training to try, tips to create my own training routine, and many more. What I like most is how the book teaches you to listen to your body and make good choices for your overall health. Overall, this is very good and powerful!

I like the way the author has articulated the audio book as a roadmap, it guides and navigates you from beginner to intermediate level I have purchased other books that make this matter complicated to understand. I have failed attempts and not had great healthy routine this audio guide was helpful, we live in an information age now and there is to much choice and not relevant information or advice. I now have a better understanding how to take care of myself and my food habbits. You will be equipped by the time you finish this audio and feel more at ease and peace. I have made so many notes and highlighted them, and I will definitely be implementing the advice. Highly recommend!
