Summary

The idea of this audiobook is primarily to raise awareness of the issue and to provide the listener with the tools necessary to make progress. This is achieved through understanding and action.

Understanding has to do with incorporating the premise that anxiety is a natural feeling of every human. As such, it cannot be eliminated. It is not erased nor can it be annulled. It has been with us forever, and will be there daily.

Trying to eliminate anxiety would be nonsense. What is necessary is to control it. To do this, first we have to recognize it as such to take possession of it. We must know when it is present, its source and causes, and try to understand where it comes from and where it is going.
