This book must have been something at the time it was published first. now it really feels unsubstantial. Those who absolutely hate themselves will not get how to love themselves "for being fat", "for being tired" etc. Those who are halfway there will wait for something new to be said, and that will never happen. Basically all this book says from not a whole lot of perspective is to practice love towards yourself whatever you do, feel or are. I won't argue with that, I just wish I hadn't bought this audiobook.

Repetitive despite being short
