Lastly, I've been reading about keto diet as I want to do it properly. In this audiobook, I found the main information provided by other books (such as origins of the keto, benefits, nutrients and foods to use...) BUT I also found excellent and applied tips such as : what we can drink, how to get prepared for a night out, and more importantly how to ease the negative sides of the keto diet (number 2 reason to stop the diet). I found this last one SUPER HELPFUL !!
I recommend this audiobook to anyone serious about starting and maintaining a keto lifestyle in the long run.
