I have listened to all 3 back to back, and they were so good, I listened to them all over 3 consecutive days.
Plenty of romance, with some hot, spicy interludes, but also some excellent plot twists, with lots of tense, life or death action and suspense, which is all part of the overall story arc.
Maximum kudos for using an English narrator for Sophie, who is an English character. Mary Jane Wells did a brilliant job of narrating Sophie.
Zachary Webber is hands down one of my favourite narrators, however, as an English listener, some of his previous attempts at a British accent have really made me wince 😬 Not this time 😊 The parts he needed to narrate with an English accent were mostly really very good. Both narrators did a really good job of needing to narrate large sections in their non-native accent, and deserve high praise for their consistency.
I have absolutely loved all 3 books, which were my first by Corinne Michaels. I will definitely be listening to a lot more.
