Amazing

Just want to say thank you for spreading your wisdom!! I am newly widowed, newly sober, and clutching on to anything wellness related literally for dear life. I listened to your audio book and loved it - I have a paper copy arriving any day to revise the supplements etc. Am loving MCT oil in my tea and am horrified how much bad oil I was having in hummus, non innocent plant milks, processed “healthy” food etc looking forward to the results I know will come ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant !

Brilliant. Just brilliant. You have to be open to real change, and probably not for the sceptics, but I think it’s the most useful, insightful book I’ve ever read regarding nutrition and addiction.

This book literally changed my life!

For 3 years I’ve been tracking calories. In and out via my fitness pal. I’ve not been able to shift past a certain weight, I’ve been bloated, unhappy and with zero self esteem.

I’ve developed a keen interest in biohacking in the last few months and started to implement things but this seems to be the piece of the puzzle I was missing. Counting chemicals rather than calories, I ditched the MFP app and went cold turkey on chemicals. 2 weeks on, I’m 8lb down already, my eczema is gone, I have no IBS symptoms anymore, and I haven’t touched a chocolate bar for 15 days. I used to eat 1 daily and justify it because I counted it in my calories and did exercise to get rid of it.

Game changer for so many women who have struggled because society has given them poor education around food, and how to nourish their bodies.

Eye opener

I have seen Davinia on Instagram a few times but I didnt know much about her or that she had written any books, so I was very interested to see what she had to say. From the start I was hooked, she has written this book to help others and she has a great way of explaining how her hacks can improve your health and head. I love anything holistic, especially regarding nutrition and I was nodding away as I listened to her talk about organic farming, inflammatory oils and good fats. She has really done her research and I would love to convince my friends and family to listen to this book. I am now going to listen to her book on hormones as I'm sure it will also be an eye opener for me.

The most helpful book

I'm so glad I found this book. After trying a100 different diets I see a light in the tunnel. Everything is common sense and sounds simple.

Brilliant book, defo worth a listen.

I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It’s life changing for me and so much so I invested in the hard copy of the book too. I like Davinia’s honesty and no nonsense approach. I follow her on Instagram and now ready to embark on the lifestyle changes.

Extremely interesting.

Extremely interesting, this book is advice but with many different ideas throughout, so you can pick and choose what you need to do to tailor your life. I found that I'm doing some of these things already, but there were a lot of thoughts I will be putting in place, so I'm looking forward to starting the new me!

Didn't want to turn this off!

Having followed Davinia's Instagram account for four to six months I was excited to own this book. It seems to be a great anchor for a lifestyle change and a brilliant starting block for a healthier me. I love Davinia's honesty and can really relate to the culture for young women in the 90's and how adopting new habits can, hopefully, mitigate some of those bad choices taken as a younger woman!
4 days into the 2 week reset now and already feeling lighter on my feet. Have begun the reset without some of the supplement so making, what I think, are sensible tweaks, which I have the confidence to do because of the book!

Thanks Davinia For Sharing

Have picked up some really good tips from this and Davinia’s other book. Have added to my knowledge from Dr Annice Mukherjee book and and Dr Stacy Sims book as well as Dr Claudia Welch Book. Energy, satiety, concentration, sleep, body composition, perimenopausal symptoms are all in check by applying what I’ve learned. Hope this helps someone else. Am looking forward to Dr Lisa Mosconi new book too.
