Best money mindset book I have read
I love this book so much. Catherine is so talented at talking so openly about her own experience and how to improve our relationship not just with money but ourselves too.
I would recommend this for anyone at any stage in their financial journey, whether in debt or looking to build your wealth this book will meet you at the level you are at and help elevate you to where you wish to be.
I only wish I had this book when I left home!

A must have for every woman and family
I am lost for words. I have read the paperback, hearing catherine through my headphones seems to make it impact even more so. narrating her own book is phenomenal, her tips, the way she announces the activities,so well explained, as well as having insight to outcomes where she injects coaching theories and stories from her own research and life experiences.
I love being able to tap on the clip and save the work I have completed on the activities just as you would write notes in a book, but for me less paper, now less likely to get lost.
This book is a lifesaver, I wish I had this insight in my previous marriage it would have saved a lot of upsets also heartache. Understanding your own money beliefs as well as your partners is a huge tool, then being able to pass that on to your familieS and children, this will change lives personally and financially for generations , , it comes with actions though, that is what really makes it work, believing there is hope, abundance, wealth, security all of which you can create and give to yourself then share with others should you wish.
Phenomenal and outstanding. I feel truly grateful and appreciative of the gift of Catherine’s knowledge. This truly is not about the money it is about our mindset and feelings towards money and what it can bring and give to us. I look forward to where I will be in 12 months 10 years from now, this book has released me to live my future in wealth, success and abundance in so many areas of my life.

Buy it and keep it
This audible version of the book is a gem. Catherine's calm, soothing voice is exactly what my nervous system needed in order to hear the message: it really isn't about the money. The author takes us through her own money journey in very easy to digest, clear steps, many (audible) aha moments from the listener along the way.
I have so many takeaways it would be impossible to include them all here, but one of them stands out for me personally: I got to understand the deep psychological reasons behind certain of my spending habits. I'm a beginner at this, but Catherine's book was just the motivation I needed to take brave a look at my money habits and start to change them.
Things are beginning to improve in my bank account as a result.

This book changed my life in so many ways!
I read the hard copy book when it first came out but listening on audio has helped me to have so many more lightbulb moments about my relationship with myself and my wealth.
Catherine shares her journey with honesty and compassion and her teaching and practical tools help the listener to bring more empathy and self compassion into their relationship with money and all aspects of their lives. I’ve gifted copies of this book to my children and friends and recommend it to anyone who needs to learn how to deserve, create and grow more love and abundance in their life.
