This is not like any other traditional diet. It will help you in cutting down on the amount you eat while making sure that your body gets its daily calorie requirement. Most of us tend to skip breakfast and this means we end up eating two meals in a day. Intermittent fasting follows the same protocol. You get to eat two healthy meals after spaced-out time intervals. Maybe around 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. - that’s it!

Fantastic. Enjoy this book.
Fasting is so nice. I never have to count my calories. I eat one or two meals a day. I just make sure I fast for 16 hour's a day or more. Most of the fasting is done during sleep.

Having read the Obesity !!!
Having read the Obesity Code which offers a great explanation for why we get fat I shied away from his conclusion to fast. Now I feel ready to give it a try and I feel that this is who the book is written for. The fearful. It reassures, cajoles and gives you the confidence to try. Others have succeeded why not me. I’m not diabetic just struggle to lose weight.

Going downhill fast.
Diabetes was out of control.I came across Dr.Fung on youtube.Doing what he said within a couple of weeks blood sugars were normal. My GPs wanted to know how I had "cured" myself. All down to the great man.I will be buying everything he writes.

the information was vague about everything except the names of several fasting diets and what makes them fasts.
after listening to it, I don't feel prepared to follow any of the diets mentiones.
the narrator was clear and had a good pace. I would definitely listen to him again on some other work that had substance.
