This book on restraint is a wonderful expansion to the developing writing on the benefits of IF. Good read but basicly cook book

I enjoyed most of the book since it is a god read but basicly cook book at least 30% of book. There are several tips&tricks for IF. But it does not get into deep - it is not to be excpected for book this size.
