This was such an uplifting addition to my library! I really enjoyed listening to this book. I have been practising intermittent fasting (16/8) for a few years now and can definitely attest to the health and weight-management benefits. I've been into trying intermittent dieting, but in many other health books it just touches on the idea of such. Here, it goes through the ins and outs, dos and don'ts of fasting. Not to mention it brings up a variety of fasting diets. The detail going into the pros and cons, the risks of fasting may have on the body. I'm just so glad this book covers so much of the specifics!
