Great tips for dieters

I'm a guy but I'm still writing to say thank you, on behalf of my wife. And I was worried that I would get the brunt of her hangriness while trying intermittent fasting but this book does such a great job making the unthinkable doable. This is a well written, thought-out book that works. Thanks!

it's easier than you think.

it's easier than you think. My blood sugar level was just bouncing up and down all day because I was always eating. Now I am finally getting it under control and the weight is coming off. This is a great guide to get you started on the road to not just weight loss but also improved health.

Great Info for Beginners

Easy to follow book. Good recipes. Interesting theory, and very fast results from applying these concepts. I would have like more information on health studies and supporting information on the benefits of IF as reported in medical journals. Overall a very good book.
