I really enjoyed this audio, and I turn it on whenever I start spiraling downwards in my own head. It's so easy to think negatively, and once I've listened to a few minutes of the audio or repeated some of the affirmations, I instantly feel better and ready to seize the day.

I like the way the book is structured and follows simple affirmation in order to motivate myself. In order to implement change this book follows a step-by-step approach that allows you to focus on key aspects of change required in order to succeed.

There is something about listening to affirmations that helps shift and rewire our mindset towards a direction which can only yield positive change.
This particular audiobook has been one of my favourite to date, so uplifting and positive, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to nurture a positive outlook and build a strong ‘can do anything mindset’.
Really appreciate the effort that’s gone into producing these 388 affirmations, I can honestly say have made a huge difference to my thought process and has got me
taking positive action towards making me the person I know I can become.

You have ups and downs in life that's all part of the game, sometimes you are super productive, exercising every day getting your stuff together. Other times you just seem to fall out of the habit, the best way I kick myself back into gear is by reading self-help, meditating and listening to affirmations. These are great, safe to say I'm back to riding a wave of doing the things that make life go forward and give a general feeling of satisfaction.

This was a great book and really challenged my mindset in ways that I never have before. It was empowering listening to this every morning. And there are more than enough affirmations here to listen to it multiple times over and over so it's well worth the money! Highly recommend!
