3lbs Down! I’m so happy! I wasn’t sure about hypnosis , but I loved this. I really enjoyed how it offered longer and shorter sessions to suit my day. It is very easy to follow and the explanations made sense without it feeling overly complicated. I’m the type of person who is a boredom eater and since listening I find I’m not picking at snacks and foods I between meals and late at night.

Very relaxing with lovely soothing narration, I felt empowered before even putting the technique into practice. I used the techniques for my next meal to cut back on the bad bits that would normally be on my plate. I really think it will help the next time I want to binge eat. The visualisation was beautiful and immersive.

So relaxing and calming I definitely felt hypnotised the narrators voice (Susan Russel) was so soft but clear and read and just the right pace. The content was interesting and motivating with some good breathing exercises in there too I definitely recommend this book for anyone who wants to lose weight or anyone who just wants to listen to a therapeutic voive and unwind after a hard day.
