Just finished listening to this which is a 1st for me to actually get through a complete one. Narrated very clearly at a speed which you can take everything in with such a soft soothing voice that seems to fit perfectly together producing a rather good audio-book to listen to would highly recommend this if you are seriously considering losing weight, this is 💯% worth giving a chance ine of the best i have stumbled upon so far.

Surprisingly this is well worth a listen.

Amazing really works and helps me to get to the bottom of my cravings understand why I have cravings and how to stop them I have stopped binge eating and late night eating and have already lost weight highly recommend also narrator very soothing to listen to

I have lost 4lbs after listening to this book, it made me feel so empowered and motivated to think about what I eat and helping to stop binge eating. I drink alot more water now which definitely helps curb my cravings.
The narration was so relaxing and visualisations were beautiful, really took me to another place.
I would recommend this book, fantastic!
