Not worth the 1 credit
Chapter 1 is great. After that it is just music. It is relaxing but doesn't provide verbal subconscious messages or any learning to help with depression / anxiety, it's just music that is playing. I could have down loaded relaxation music for free. It seems like a waste of a monthly credit.
