Listener received this title free

This book didn’t teach me anything new about dealing with anxiety, it was a bit like a summary of all the things google will tell me. I felt it was too simplified, treating anxiety like something we can just turn off at will (or in fact, pray away). I wouldn’t recommend this book for someone who is suffering from severe anxiety although it might help those who are simply a bit nervous in certain situations.
Narrator has a very pleasant voice that I found suitable for the subject.
