It is one of the best books I have even listened to/read. You should give it a go.

Listening to this has given me an insight into my own heartbreak and regret that I have held on to since the break-up of my last relationship in April 2022.
It has also given me some tools to heal further and change how I feel about myself and my future relationship/s that I may embark upon.
It’s books like these that I feel should be given out in schools to help educate the young before they enter into relationships themselves and could then avoid some of the heartbreak that we seem to go through as adults!
Love it and will listen to this again and again, I’m sure.
