Well I have to say I chose this because I love the narrators and I love a good billionaire story. I got more than I bargained for. The narration is amazing, the story is hot and complex too. I had no idea who the SEC were before this or how Wall Street and the FBI worked. I know a little more now and I know this is more than a love story with a billionaire. It’s a complex storey of many layers which I am so glad I chose.

I really enjoyed this book, wanted to keep listening and wanted them to be together. Thought the characters were interesting and subject matter kept me thinking. Well done Lauren Layne, will look for more of your titles!

I got this book because it was both part of KU and Audible catalogue plus, but I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Lauren Payne wrote a great, captivating story and I really enjoyed it. Even, if we have seen many elements of it before, she put together a good romance with banter between love interest and friends, and that was slow burn but had some steamy parts near the end. I would highly recommend hybrid reading as the narration is outstanding. I just love Samantha Cook and Zachary's voices, their narration is one more reason I chose this book, I have always enjoyed their performances on audio.

I saw this book included, but avoided it for a time based on some off putting reviews.
DON’T ALWAYS LISTEN TO REVIEWS…. GO WITH YOUR OWN INSTINCTS!!!

Re read title info and decided to give it a go. Really glad I did and can honestly say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable listen. Good story, characters and a decent length. Nothing to dislike as far as I am concerned. I’m off to listen to the other books in this series….also included 😁. 👍❤️
