I saw my 89 yr old husband get into better physical shape last year through exercise so I know it is possible to improve our balance and muscles at any age. These exercises are easy to do and well explained.. The book explains what each exercise, even warm up ones are good for - maybe a stretch or to help balance or build muscle. I recommend you try this book and its exercises.
