This book set was full of surprises, the main character, Louisa is having a hard time letting go of the home she grew up in so she plans on sabatoging the new owners plans as they turn the home into a hotel. She takes a job under a false identity at the hotel, while working she meets Calder, a handyman that seems to get away with a lot without getting fired. Although Louisa intends to sabatoge the things she does have little to no effect. She and Calder discover they both hate the new owner and all he and his family do but neither give up their secrets as to why they are there. Louisa comes off as very selfish and immature. The story is well written and each book digs deeper into Louisa's and Calder's current lives & pasts. I felt at times the story was a bit unrealistic and I would get frustrated by Louisa's selfishness. There is a lot of hot sex throughout each book and I never lost interest in the stories I would just get frustrated with the main characters and their behaviors. In the end you get an HEA and a big surprise life change for both Louisa & Calder. The narrator did a good job with reading and portraying each character. There is a lot that occurs in each book and the story is entertaining with lots of sexy moments.
