Helped for me!

First book I’ve seen that helps with anxiety. The practices I learnt in this book helped me get over my anxiety. I recommend anyone needing help right now - especially now with Covid 19

Perfect book for a easy read you can pick up at anytime

This book is perfect for a whole range of practical/social/lifestyle tips, and I'm certain there will be something to help everyone.

What sets this book apart is how after each tip/activity, there are questions/prompts which help you reflect on whether the tip has helped you, and if you should add it to your 'coping list'. This itself allows the reader/listener to build their own personal plan/journal of the tips they find useful, which they can easily go back to.

Having said the above, the 'contents' section of the book allows you to jump from one chapter to another, allowing you to put the book down and easily pick it back up, or to back to a chapter which you may find particularly useful.

5 stars, would absolutely recommend as an essential part of a toolkit for both personal anxiety or anyone who works in the professional field!

Very Good!! Totally Recommend!

This was the first time I listened to a Audio Book.
Was recommended by a friend and I don’t regret it... it has been helping me with my anxiety a lot.. all the tips and strategies on the have helped me cope with my anxiety. I highly recommend it and will recommend to some friends that has been fighting against anxiety.
My anxiety started to be more present during the lockdown and having this book now is good for me to deal with it and also to not let it develop too much.

Excellent, really helped

Having suffered with anxiety and an eating disorder for many years, I decided to give this book a go, it has really helped me turn my life around and I'm currently on the right track, for anyone who is struggling it really does help, this audio version really helps as I can sit back, relax and listen.
