I love this series. It is not high literature. It is not intellectually challenging. But it is perfect for high action escapism. I'm not sure I would read the book on its own but R C Bray is such a great narrator that I want to listen all the time. One complaint, the book is too short so I have to wait another 3 weeks before I can get the next installment.

Just great sci-fi action, R. C. Bray nailing it again. A sequel that had me gripped, more hopeful than the first installment, still brutal, however thier was a glimmer of possibility for humanity. I am moving on to the third book as if there sirens were clawing at my heels.
