About this listen

Maybe provoking a colony of bus-sized ants wasn't the smartest plan...

On the fourth floor in Virelia, Nathaniel and Group 4 are gearing up to take down one of the Four Calamities. With their newly formed guild, Angry Kittens, they challenge the city’s powerful matriarch and the five big guilds. Meanwhile, the bus-sized ants are leaving their distant nests and ominously marching toward the city. No one knows why.

It's time to confront The Colony, battle The Fallen Hero, tackle The Living Tree, and uncover the mystery of the fourth Calamity. Along the way, Nathaniel takes on the Beyond Trials, deals with the lynthari race, spends big at a once-in-a-decade auction, and faces an opponent who must be killed at all costs.

And on the 5th Floor, a young half-demon awaits in a world nearing its end, where the remnants of civilization hide in bunkers.

Continue Nathaniel's crazy journey in Book 3 of HELL DIFFICULTY TUTORIAL as he takes on nightmarish foes and teams up with a far-from-normal group of bus passengers in this action-packed LitRPG Adventure. He must outsmart the odds, survive, and emerge stronger than anyone else!

I didn't think I would like a book where the MC is an a hole, but I decided to give it a go and he really has started to grow on me, and I am really enjoying it. Can't wait for the next one.

Really enjoying this series. Love how the main character is progressing and the voice actor is just bringing him to life.
Interesting story plot aswell, similar to some other books but with a unique twist which I enjoy. Can’t wait for the next one in the series.

the story and the series

The way this series depicts emotions meshes well with me. I like how the sense of melancholy I felt during scenes from the first book continued through different plot points in this book when characters are confronted with loss.

I worry about power creep in upcoming books. It's an inevitable problem authors of this genre always struggle with. The premise of this series sets the story up for a difficult challenge to depict fights and action in a fathomable way while also demonstrating progression.

I think the way the author diversified abilities helps to contain this for now and keep battles interesting.

This series just keep getting better and better. The character growth is great and the characters are definitely the highlight for me so far. The combat and progression is easy to follow and the way the mc always learns and progresses really engages the listener
