    one of the best groups I ever read on trauma and how cyclical it is. we will keep repeating ourselves until we nip patterns in the bud. we are basically a mixture of her ancestors and the significance of this is not even close to being scientifically known yet.

    I love this book! Very knowledgeable and authentic author. Great exercises to contact ancestors. For beginners and beyond, lots of useful information to be had here. If you're interested in ancestor veneration and/or generational trauma you'll get something out of this. Hopefully some healing! Enjoy.
