I didn’t realize how much of my current stress came from old wounds I hadn’t dealt with. This book helped me slow down and really look at where some of my patterns came from. The tools are simple but effective—especially the mindfulness exercises and tapping techniques. I found it comforting and practical without being too “out there” for me. I’ve already started setting better boundaries and feeling more at peace in situations that used to stress me! If you’ve been feeling stuck emotionally, this is a great place to start reconnecting with yourself.
