Dr Happy clearly outlines habits to happiness. He uses simple examples and analogies. It's basically what you already know but did not have the means or knowledge to implement.
The short bite sized clips makes for a good listen.
I will definitely be using the podcast as a reminder when i feel like I'm off track

Loved this podcast. Really reassuring and to the point. A lot of common sense, but like Dr Happy says; we don't always use it, so worth a listen.
