This book is a helpful book

This book was providing some essential tips for third eye awakening. A book that dependably arouses my advantage is extraordinary, third eyes and chakras. This book was well-listen and exciting. You will learn several things about the third eye, along with other techniques that will improve your life. I am recommended this book.

This book is rousing and instructive‼️

I observed this book to be an incredible guide for anyone keen on finding out about the Chakras or even individuals such as myself who definitely know a lot from this book! A terrific audio guide to the chakra system and use this as a reference to return to it again and again!

Basic concept

The author presents the basic concept then they subsection everything further into a fairly detailed yet simple layout. I should mention, this is a beginner guide, it is not for the advanced. I am quite advanced yet from a beginner's perspective, I found it wonderfully presented. I recommend this product, I am happy overall with it so far. Give it a try if you are in the market for something like this.

Must listen!!

I never really considered that certain things could be happening or I could be feeling a certain way due to chakra blockage. This book opened my eyes to the amazing world of chakras and I am hungry to learn more!

This is an excellent book

If you are interested in expanding your knowledge on using meditation to balance your chakras. There is a chapter on each chakra that explains meditation techniques and other tips to balance that particular chakra. It is a beautiful and colorful book and easy to understand.

Quality content and narration!

In just one week after listening to the audiobook I am feeling so much relief. After 15 years of suffering from anxiety and depression that comes along with it, I now have the knowledge and tools to regain my life. I am very happy to listen to this audiobook. An overall excellent guide for us!

Also if you are skeptical you can just try and see the power of them and the benefits of your life. I find it very enlightening since I am new to learning about the Chakras.. been doing yoga for a few years so this is the next step in my journey. I purchased this book for my husband so he could also read it (we don't live together full time right now) and maybe understand me better. And also have some windows open for himself.

Full of information that is easy to process and understand. It's a short book but so packed full of great information and suggestions. I am personally starting using the breathing technique of inhaling into the tailbone and immediately felt a difference in my practice.
