About this listen

Alex has truly made himself home in the fantasy world. With the help of his overpowered growth skill, his stats have soared higher and higher, reaching staggering heights. He's not the only one to benefit, as those wild gains also apply to the four lovely ladies at his side.

With the Demon threat over, and Floternus saved, Alex can now focus his efforts on rebuilding the city, with perhaps a little bit of grinding here and there.

At least, a long as nothing else pressing comes along...

Authors note: Inspired by light novels, RPG's and mangas. Contains Isekai, light LitRPG/Gamelit stats, dungeons, magic, and a touch of trope.

honestly genuinely loved this series, and believed it could go the distance. but I lost the ability to listen to this book when the characters suddenly got brain damage (figuritively) and their personalities had a major shift.

So far most of this book has just been bickering to waste the readers time, when the characters could just shut the hell up and listen, and get to the damn point and save us from the petty squabbles with zero impact or point to the story except to kill any respect or likability I had for the characters.

literally they ask for help, then interrupt every 5 seconds to throw out insults and threats and crap, then demand nore help, to repeat it over and over again before they can even start to get to the point.

at one point they ask demons for help. they get a letter back. it takes what feels like half an hour for them to even get to the damn letter because they're too busy being petty.

The characters went from loveable to intolerable for me, and I genuinely cant bring myself to listen to the rest of it.

I loved the series so far, BUT
