The whole book which make sense how our body works, I have tried to sort out my health issues for years and while reading this book I have started to use hacks and it’s working already. I feel better, I have dropped 4. Kg down straight away, I have more energy, I have stopped craving for swets and it’s just the begining. Recommend to everyone! Must read!

Hacks are great but my only issue here is the message that you can have your cake and eat it too when you’re diabetic. From my readings diabetics need to learn to “retreat from sweet”. Once you dampen the taste for sweet food you don’t crave them as much. It’s not easy but the more you use “hacks” to eat sweet the more you will want them. It’s in our biology to crave sweet but we never meant to indulge in it year round. Having multiple hacks basically encourages a “try this” so I can eat sweet foods.

This book should be renamed The Glucose Revalation! It all made so much sense. I have ordered the paperback as well to back up my poor memory (maybe the hacks in this book will help with that ....!) Really well read too. thank you Jessie
