Great book with some incredible science about managing blood glucose levels. Fundamental knowledge for anyone who wants to manage and improve their health.

I found his audio book a great listen and intend to play it again to make sure I get all the information from it. I know several people who have read his book enjoyed it and found it helpful and I wasn't disappointed. I know I need to change my eating habits to increase my energy levels and recover better after exercise but I was shocked by the amount of stuff I am getting wrong.

The explanations are clear and the narrator isn't preachy or condescending which is great and there is enough detail in the science bits without lots of technical language. Part 3 is especially useful for practical tips on flattening your glucose curves and avoiding spikes and crashes on your blood sugar levels throughout the day (everyday in my case).

Mealtimes, especially breakfast may never be the same again.

Enjoyable as well as eye opening. Useful hacks

I'm not new to diets or scientific research but this book has given me the extra missing pieces I nedded. I have been on keto, Dukan and intermittent fasting, on and off. And with all of them I have had success. However, I put on 20 kg while pregnant. As there's no evidence that diets are harmless during pregnancy I was too scared to do anything so I guess I ate too much of this and that. My baby arrived healthy and I felt so much joy, but almost 6 months postpartum I still weight 10 kg more than before pregnant and according to my BMI, overweigh. As I am nursing my baby I was again too scared of following any of the diets that kept me in a healthy weigh before. I watched and interview of the author on YouTube and I decided to purchased the book. After 5 days of buying it I have lost 1kg, I'm in shock. I definitely recommend. I think this hacks paired with intermittent fasting can be life saving! Thank you Jessie for your work. I feel so much gratitude🙏❤️

Everyone should read this book! Metabolic disease is rampant and many people have no idea they already have metabolic issues through poor diet and lifestyle. Glucose Revolution provides very easy ways of mitigating some of the elements which cause bad health through blood glucose spikes. Hopefully, it could also inspire people to make healthier lifestyle changes overall, and make their wellness a priority. It's all a learning curve, though, and this book helps you easily understand the science behind why frequent glucose spikes are so detrimental for our health, and how to do something about it. It's worth getting the audiobook just to hear Jessie saying "glucose" in her very lovely accent, lol.
