Overall good, but very Hollywoodie and a bit clichéie, good action though. Would make a pŕitty decent Hollywood movie.

I was disappointed by the way the author springs solutions out of nowhere to solve problems in the writing. best example is probably how the ship suddenly has 'warp drive' late in the book, seemingly because the narrative up till that point doesn't naturally get the characters where he wants them to be in the next chapter. I'm not continuing with the series.

I wanted to write this review when I was only quarter way through the book, but I thought I would give it until the end. Absolutely amazing listen, Jason and Nathan is writing is teamed up with the awesome Ray Porter narrating this great story. Right I can’t hang around here all day I’ve got the second book to listen to.

The build up and details if the plot is first class and grabs me from the start. It is well written and not over explained which is a huge relief.

Absolutely looking forward to listening to book 2.
