I’m not a deadbeat.

I am a huge fan of this author both alone and with Aiden Bates and this book continues the wins for me. I love stories with unexpected families and this one starts out with quite an interesting premise. It would have been easy to dislike both of these men, but fortunately they both care deeply about little Sofie and as they find out more about each other and we find out more about them, it's easy to understand why they made some of the choices they made. What counts now, are the choices they make in order to see that Sofie has the family she needs. That they do! Sorry to see that there is only one more book left in this series. Can't wait to see where the author goes next. Connor Brown was perfect here. He brought the characters with all,their flaws to life just as the author intended. I was initially unsure how well I'd like these guys just as when Inread the book. As the performance went on, however, I came to care abput both of them through his Brown's performance.

This is definitely one of my favourites in the series.

Milo and Eryk had a rather bumpy start; fists were flying and tempers were running high. At the heart of their situation was little Sofia who needed them both to work together. They both pulled themselves together but ended up falling down the same rabbit hole together which, caused a whole lot of different troubles.

Eryk surprised me because I genuinely didn’t think he had it in him to give up his ‘variety’ for his little girl. Eryk became a great dad and I loved watching him interact with Sofia.

Milo took his sweet time getting his act together but when he finally realised what truly mattered, he took the necessary steps to rectify his mistakes.

I thoroughly enjoyed the narrator’s performance.

Another fantastic book in the Get Inked world. Milo and Eryk come together after mill's sister dies, just before her death she told Milo who the father of her daughter is. It was really good reading/listening to the navigate a new normal for them and becoming closer together. Cant wait to see what's next in this series.

I've loved this series, and this is my favorite of them all. Overall, low angst and, to be honest, I think there could have been more. That said, I loved the listen, and the narration was good. I did alter the speed some.

Book 6 in the Get Ink"d series. Eryk has only recently joined his sister to work at Get Ink'd and was shocked to be approached by successful actor Milo while working and even more shocked with what Milo had come to tell him! Enemies to lovers plot with some angst. Connor Brown did a great job narrating their story.
