My confidence and self-esteem has shot up

A superb book. I was impressed just how much information was packed into a 3.5 hour book. My confidence, self-esteem and general happiness / well-being / ability to deal with situations has improved dramatically.

Immensely helpful book!

Had it in print which was really good but the audio version takes it a new level. I found easier to digest, easier to listen to discreetly when needed and just a really enjoyable and informative listen. This has helped my confidence, calmness, assertiveness and therefore my happiness a lot over the 3 months I have had it. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Thanks to the author!
