A refreshing contribution to the subject matter.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this audio book but thank goodness it was well written and well narrated. The story of the author Megan and her personal journey to finding calm and meaningful existence was enjoyable to listen to.

Much needed.

If I had to recommend one book for everyone I know to buy, it would be this one. We all need a bit of help in this crazy world and help is definitely what you will get from this fantastic book.

Not as stress, feeling more calm.

This world is pretty insane, always seems a lot going on, which to be honest leaves me feeling stressed and anxious at times. I was searching for a method to feel more confident and calm and I am glad I found it with this book. The first half of the book was just OK to be honest, but the second half was AMAZING, genuine good advice.

Feeling great.

I feel a hell of a lot more calm, confident, assertive and just generally capable to tackle everyday life issues than I did before. I listened to this on the way to work everyday and it really helped me.

Started off slow but within 30 mins I was struck by a few key points about what TRUE calmness and feeling in control is all about. Exceptional audiobook.

Immensely helpful book!

Had it in print which was really good but the audio version takes it a new level. I found easier to digest, easier to listen to discreetly when needed and just a really enjoyable and informative listen. This has helped my confidence, calmness, assertiveness and therefore my happiness a lot over the 3 months I have had it. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Thanks to the author!

Excellent meditative resource

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Anxiety and depression seem to be the hallmarks of the modern era. Meditation -- the ability to control your thoughts and accept the world as it is -- is an excellent way to confront the world forthrightly and solve difficult problems.

This book is a great resource that guides you in the ways of deliberate calm and confidence. The narrator is well-spoken and it made for an excellent commute listen. Definitely recommend.

Happy with my purchase

As my title says I am happy with my purchase as it helped me being a calmer and more in control person. I am excited to see what this year will bring me, now I am more confident and in control of my own life. Cover is a bit weird tho!!

Finding Calm in a Turbulent World

With all the turbulence in the world today it isn’t always easy to find a calm and peaceful state. I found this book to be a great resource to help with not only finding that calm state but also the confidence to make it happen.

Cate Thomas’ narration really brought this book to the next level. Fantastic!

Calmer and happier

Am I calmer in all areas of my life after following the advice for this book? YES I AM,. But more than that, much more than that...I feel happier. More content. Driven still but more content.

Actually surprised

I thought this book might be full of what I call "fluff" and filler but I was wrong.
