worth it

I don't like to give a review after each book I listen to, but sense this is a new book I felt like people needed to know about it. I never thought actually this could help me with my anxiety, but once you make it pass that first fence of commitment, it really pays off. I just want to say that chapter 6 was my most beloved part, I didn't know that listening to nature sounds and how to apply them on your emotions would actually be this effective. all I want to say is that if this audio book was only based on chapter 6 that would be worth the money.

great book

its a great book. first I founded hard for me to listen, because its all about that first step. but when I started liostning every chapter pulled the other, and suddenly I was done with the book. my reason for the 4 star is the audio book needed to be more longer as I have felt I needed more of this, but overall I was pleased to buy this audio book as it has changed my mood. my faviourit chapter was regarding relationships, trust me this is not your cliche chapter as the author said, its all about family like fast and fiorious, neighbours, friends. its not nessacry to have a partner in live, you have the best people around you and you don't know it be good to them and trust me you will now have a reason of not to fail. when the narrator said to know a good friend just simply think would you be pleased to marry your son/daughter to him/her, if the answer is yes then its a good friend if no then its a toxic relationship and you should end it. in the end its a really good book, don't let you thoughts betray you and just buy the audio book for a couple of bucks and try it yourself.

it's pretty good

first I want to start on saying that a 5 star rating is an overkill, which is true to some extend. nothing is perfect. but for me personally I was satisfied with this book. now that's out of the way, speaking on the audio book, it has been a wonderful experience, the voice narration felt warming and fancy congrats to that really. but I have to be honest some chapters weren't for me, I guess that will be the case for each one of us, I yhink that's why the author trys his best to present multiple solutions. but my favourite chapter was 6, were it gave you a lot of small changes that you can do daily, as I have suffered with anxiety my self I would say that chapter alone had a big impact, now moving on to chapter 7, a purposeful prospective on life. that alone can have a whole book written for it, but in this audio book it has presented the simplest form of purpose, the point is that its pointless to fight your emoptions if you don't live your life mindfully, that's why it gave me a whole new prospective on my life. finally this book was phenomenal to me and truly was not a cliché.

Worth the try

I absolutely loved it, I have faced some issues of my own like stress at max but not something heavy, but still I have found it great to listen to this audio book and follow some of its tips and solutions. Worth the buy to try to end the disorder. Also the narrator had a fancy voice:)
