Such an interesting listen and some really quite straightforward advice. Filled with compassion and understanding and lots of interesting facts you maybe wouldn't associate with weight loss. Fad diets have had their day and this book gives lots of suggestions for different approaches but also gives you the freedom and the tools to work out what might be best suited to you. If you're looking for a miracle this isn't it, but if you're looking for sound advice with heaps of compassion and understanding this could be the book that changes everything. So nice that it was read by Dr chatterjee too, it felt more personal. Great book!
