Loved his other books but kept switching off with this one . Especially when explaining basic things like how to lunge . Would rather read or watch YouTube videos

As with everything Dr Chatterjee does this is just brilliant. I’ve read his first two amazing books, the 4 Pillar plan and The stress solution which are so informative and has changed my life for the better. This book is easily the most simple and effective book he’s ever produced and one everybody will get a lot from. I can’t say enough good things about the amazing work/advice this man does, but all I can say is his books are honestly life changing and I’ve never felt more alive. Because as Rangan says, when you feel better, you live more!!
