Great Beginner’s Guide and Intro to Sound Therapy

I just finished listening to "Feed Yourself Healing Frequencies" audiobook and it was an amazing experience. The author's perspective on modern medicine is spot on. Instead of just treating the symptoms, why not get to the root cause of the problem?

Before listening to this audiobook, I had never even heard of singing bowls. But the author did an incredible job of introducing me to the world of these instruments and explaining how playing them can have so many health benefits. I was blown away by the step-by-step instructions on how to play both the singing bowls and tuning forks, and how they can be used to achieve specific health goals. The history lessons into each were also a great addition.

The chapter summaries at the end of each chapter were super helpful in summarizing the main points of each chapter.

I really enjoyed listening to the narrator, his voice was so soothing and calm that it perfectly matched the mood of the book.

Overall, I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone interested in learning about the benefits of sound therapy and how it can improve your overall wellbeing.

Fine Tune Your Healing

I am so happy I took a listen to this book. I knew nothing about healing found in sound therapy. I was impressed with the thorough details, purchase, and use of using the instruments, such as the bowl and tuning fork. This is an age-old technique that has received lots of focus recently. I feel like the current ways we try to heal are taking us further from our connection with our natural way of healing ourselves. These artificial things we use to heal are only a temporary solution to the bigger problem. The most crucial chapter was a list of dos and don'ts. If done wrong, it can cause more pain. The connection between our circadian rhythm and the balance of our energy is crucial for well being. Grab this book to fine-turn your healing.
