About this listen

You'd die for your family. But would you kill for them?

Family is everything. So what if yours was being terrorised by a neighbour - a man who doesn't listen to reason, whose actions become more erratic and sinister with each passing day? And those you thought would help - the police, your lawyer - can't help you.

You become afraid to leave your family at home alone. But there's nothing more you can do to protect them.

Is there?

bought this book having heard it was based on the true story of the author's family being stalked so I thought it would be exciting.Being told the outcome at the beginning of the book took away any sense of anticipation, bit like getting the football results before the game. The first half is all about a childhood which was dull. Second part about a marriage which was also dull.I didn't like his style of writing and did not have any connection or affection for the character.....blabbing on without anything actually happening. And even the main theme of the stalking (I presume that was the main theme since the book is called "Fear", but you wouldn't know) was described in such a mundane way I found it uninteresting. A big disappointment and I was glad when I reached the end

the opposite of gripping

The blurb is way more exciting than this book. Long winded, navel gazing. Hugely disappointed
