Everything written in this book makes sense

A fantastic guidebook that will help you succeed with the keto diet. However, after seeing my friend have success on the keto diet, I decided to give it a try. A wonderful guide to becoming a leaner and healthier individual. I found this to be an extremely interesting and mind changing book. Love this book.

Love this book. Keto Diet for Beginners guide is a very helpful. Good content. The recipe are amazing and easy to follow. Very helpful for starting a ketogenic lifestyle. I found it to super useful. It gives the basic reasons for needing to change your eating as well as easy exercise tips and great recipes. Highly recommend!

It’s ok

There’s a good amount of useful and informative observations and facts, but it’s overall ok. So there are a number of factors that are extremely relevant about the thyroid, immune system, diets and food that aren’t complete or correct. Make sure you do a deeper research and don’t use any vitamins or herbal products before talking to an homeopath or naturopath doctor. There are a series of things you need to be aware of before starting taking them. At last, in my opinion some of the readers make the information that has been read confusing to understand properly.

Wow! Awesome! A rare book.... usually when I buy a cookbook I end up liking maybe three recipes in the whole thing. This one is rare in that, I have liked all of the ones I have tried except for two.
