Really well spoken, informative in a simple and knowledgeable way.
English is not my first language and I found no problem in fully understand it.
The author has a nice sense of humor and even while reading the book makes you feel at ease, almost if he was for real beside you guiding you.
Full of hacks and exercises to help you free from your fears.
Comprehensive and easy to navigate help you to find the route of your problem and work on it.
The first section of the book tells why and how we develop phobias, the second how to get rid of them.
The exercises are well explained and simple to follow.
For Example mind and body relaxation exercises are incredibly helpful and I keep using them in my daily life.
Last part speaks of all different type of phobias, and wow, made me feel that I am not alone and there is so many types of phobias.
