If you have ever thought to yourself: "How come I have to keep going back to this dead-end job? How can I make enough money to afford to stop working and start having fun? When will it be my turn to live the good life?" Imagine how your life would be if you knew what it really takes to make more money than you have ever dreamed possible.

For instance, can you imagine that...

 • All the money stress in your life suddenly vanishes?
 • You get to fire your boss and tell him where to shove it?
 • Take holidays whenever you want and for as long as you want?
 • You are living in the house of your dreams, driving the car of your dreams, and also have a boat and a cabin and even a plane if you want?
 • You can afford to give your children the perfect, healthy, fun, and fulfilling childhood that you always wanted to give them?

In this no-nonsense, no-holds-barred guide, international entrepreneur, best-selling author, and self-made multi-millionaire Dan Lok shows you how to live the lifestyle you really want without having to work or rely on anyone else for money.

Too much filler

Too much useless stuff put in to make it longer. Like half of it seems to be about how you shouldn't feel guilty about being rich, how its cool to be rich which I totally agree! But surely you don't need to spend that much time to get those points across?

The FU Money Review

This audio book, is truly amazing and an eye opener. Cannot believe that I came across Dan Lok through my son. I definitely need to buy the book, to mark some key notes and for take Action.

For the listeners out there, I highly recommend you do the same. The narrator of this book Dan Lok, expressed himself precise, and concise in the good and bad fail business. Please do not let this happen to you, but take heed from Rich Dad not Poor Dad. 😊

writer has an odd perspective on people

I will admit upfront that there are maybe two or three of the 26 chapters in this book that are worth listening to if you are interested in developing a business or making your, as Dan puts it "f.u. money". the rest may have you shouting at your radio, like I did, wondering where he gets his perspective on people from.

to give you a brief summary, the first 22 chapters seem to be him trying to convince you that you do in fact want to be rich and it is not as bad as everyone makes out... huh? I for one did not need convincing. he literally has chapters full of"myths" about rich people that he feels the need to dispel in case they are putting you off being rich . it is as though he believes we are all sitting here with million dollar ideas and I seem to put them into action but are scared of how rich we're going to be so it is his responsibility to convince us that being rich is really not that bad.

like I say there are a couple of chapters right at the end that give a little bit of detail about he actually made his money and that may assist some people setting up internet businesses but other than that I really do not feel it is worth a listen.

Just buy this book.

I purchased this book even though I have it as a PDF. Dan Lok is clinical with his business observations and has real experience as well as business success to back it up. Thank you Dan.

F.U. Money

Full of inspiration, told in a very matter of fact way with no waffle! Some good points made.

Nothing specific

Lots of talk about what money has done for him. What he can do because he has “f.u.” Money and who he can fire because of it. That’s about 70% of the book. 20% is about the way you need to think to get there. About 10% “chapter 25 and 26 he talks about how he got there personally with copy writing, and writing ads. Other than that not a lot of specifics that are actionable. I like the way of thinking though but if you’re looking for specific ways to make money it’s probably not the book for you. Just saying.

Intro Sucks. But the rest is QUALITY. Best Buy

F.U. Money has a very slow introduction, in which Mr. Lok tries to show his reader the unique perspective and value that his book can add to their business and life {seemingly} through the shock factor technique of: I'm not afraid to curse which somehow reinforces my authenticity (yes, expect Fudge and Dams), as well as the redundant cliche message of: if you really want to change your life, get off your lazy butt and do something - and if you are WILLING to do something, keep reading and I'll explain what it is you really want and how to get there------ If I had not researched Dan Lok previously and had known ahead of time the quality information and expertise he provides, I would have stopped listening to his book at chapter 1. The first twenty to thirty minutes mistakingly make F.U. Money sound like another B.S. book with little to no value to serious prospects, written purely to bring a buck or two into the pocket of its creator.

HOWEVER: If you hang in there (just as the cliche statement promises) this is one of the best books regarding vision or progression in lifestyle, personal finance or business potential. If you get past the intro chapters, you will not be disappointed. I would rank it next to The Richest Man in Babylon, and would even say it is a more modern and sensible or truly actionable version of "Think and Grow Rich." He gives great examples on how to scale a business big or small through modern tech platforms and the internet. Either way, his message, experience, examples and teaching method (though drastic at times) is authentic, time tested, powerful and will cause you to think about what you can or should do to improve the next year of your life - especially financially. Ask yourself: What does my ideal life, or ideal business look like? This book will help you to paint the picture you never knew you could create.

Worst book ever!

Nothing of substance. Didn't agree with most of it. Didn't like the book or the narration.

Zero substance - about as original as the title

This author seems to have no knowledge of business and constantly contradicts himself throughout the book. Yes, I sat through the entire book hoping to learn something or get a slight change of perspective. Just a few examples - his advice is basically make a business that makes a lot of money, takes no time, and costs very little to start. The majority of this book - at least 70% if him talking about how successful he is and how much money he makes. But you will learn nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is not a why book that gets you to think it's just a shallow, ignorant book wrote as a cash grab. Fortunately I will be returning this under the exchange policy.

sales pitch

this was merely a giant sales pitch to sell his website. there was no valuable information here for anybody that wanted to start their own business that they don't already know.

Motivational, not constructive

This book was really just a motivational story of his life. It didn't really give you too many examples of how to do what he did to become wealthy. He does tell you to go to his website at the end to continue the journey.

Good practical advice.

There is some good practical advice on how to build and scale. Most of the advise is pretty broad and has to be since he is trying to reach a large audience. A good listen but Dan definitely sells the content more so than the content being able to stand on its own.

FI E STARS!!!

This book is not like other high finance or investor stories at all. the style that is written in is definitely up my alley and makes sense for down-to-earth people trying to figure out just exactly what they want to do and where they want to be for the future. I would highly recommend this book even to seasoned investors or just regular nine to five workers that are looking to get their time back and start letting their money work for them instead of always working for money!
