just not what I was wanting to hear. The info was generic and I didn't feel as though I had learned anything new.

FASTING

If you are interested in intermittent fasting, this book will help you get started and It is a challenge for me in losing weight because food is everywhere and i've heard about Intermittent fasting from the actors like The Rock and i was curious about it and try to do some research and this diet is doable for us and at the first glance, I thought that I will only eat twice a day and avoid all the carbs but I was wrong, this is not about eating twice or thrice a day but this is more about choosing the right nutrients that is needed by your body and you have a lot of advantages if you just follow what is inside this book!

Glad i purchased it !!

This is a really interesting book and i've always heard from doctors or medical providers that if you want to lose weight, fasting is not such an effective method. But after listening this book, it actually changed the way I thought and it was able to explain the methodology and how intermittent fasting actually changes your body by burning fat and gaining muscle.

Good advise

I was advised to listen this book, by a blog I love. The advice to listen the book and the advice in the book are TOP notch. I even looked up a lot of the books references and they check out. My lifestyle change starts tomorrow.

helpful stuff!!!

Excellent, science-based approach, cutting to the bottom line of weight loss and overall intersection of eating and health. Well written. We've already lost several times and began to appreciate food more by taking 1-2 simple breaks from eating per week. We thought it wouldn't be doable, but have been pleasantly surprised.

Easy to listen but still informative

I really enjoyed this book. It's easy to listen, but still has a lot of useful information.
It's a short listen but it definitely helped answer some of the questions I had about intermittent fasting.

Many useful ideas

This book was recommended in an article that I was listening. Started the fasting program and it is working! I tend to be an emotional eater , plus I just enjoy food ! The book makes sense & is a easy listen!
